Inventory Control Specialist

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Full time Monday – Friday


Job Summary: Our Inventory Control Specialist’s primary responsibility is to increase and maintain company inventory levels, ensuring that optimal inventory is present and ready for use.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Work within the companies ERP system
  • Pick travelers as needed
  • Work under the guidance of a remote purchasing team to purchase inventory as needed
  • Forecast future inventory requirements for all facilities
  • Track all incoming/current/and outgoing CWT and MCM inventory
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory through regular inventory counts directed by the Warehouse Manager
  • Audit’s all facilities inventory on a regular basis and provides reports to management
  • Maintain all storage facilities
  • File claims with manufacturers or sellers when defective goods are found in inventory
  • Assist in developing and improving inventory procedures and policies
  • Address any problems, obstacles, or challenges as they arise regarding inventory
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments
  • The ability to speak clear, articulate English is a necessity
